Garage Floors

Transform your garage with a professionally installed flooring system built for durability, performance, and style. Our full-flake floors use a polyurea base coat and polyaspartic topcoat to create a tough, seamless surface that looks great and is designed to handle everyday garage use.

1. Professional Surface Preparation

A great floor starts with proper preparation. We mechanically prepare the concrete to remove contaminants and create the appropriate surface profile for maximum coating adhesion. Proper preparation is essential to achieving a long-lasting flooring system.

2. Crack & Joint Repair

We inspect the concrete and address applicable cracks, control joints, and surface imperfections before applying the coating system. This helps create a cleaner, more uniform finished floor.

3. Polyurea Base Coat

We apply a high-performance polyurea base coat to the prepared concrete. Polyurea provides an excellent foundation for the flooring system and is designed for strong adhesion and durability.

4. Full-Flake Broadcast

While the polyurea base coat is wet, we broadcast decorative vinyl flakes across the entire floor for full-flake coverage. The flakes create a premium, textured appearance while helping provide additional traction and hiding minor concrete imperfections.

5. Scrape & Vacuum

After the base coat has cured, we scrape the floor to remove excess flakes and refine the texture. The entire surface is then thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned to prepare it for the protective topcoat.

6. Polyaspartic Topcoat

We finish the floor with a durable polyaspartic clear topcoat. This protective layer encapsulates the decorative flakes and provides excellent resistance to everyday wear, vehicle traffic, dirt, and spills. The smooth, easy-to-clean surface makes maintenance simple.

7. Final Inspection

Before completing the installation, we carefully inspect the finished floor to ensure consistent flake coverage, a uniform finish, and professional-quality results.
